Casey Realty Corporation opened for business in 1993. Pamala Casey, Broker-Owner, was the Property Manager for Strathmore Realty from 1985-1993.  Paul Paver sold the Property Management Division of Strathmore Realty to Pam Casey in 1993.  We are still located in the Strathmore Building.  After being located in every corner of the building we are now located in Suite 102 a large suite of offices.  

Casey Realty Corporation continues to specialize in Residential Property Management.  The mission of Casey Realty Corporation is to provide customized service for all of our owner/investors.  We work closely with each owner to make sure their needs are met.  We have an extensive office staff.  Currently we have 5 onsite offices, 7 Leasing Agents, a full accounting staff and support staff.  We will hire new staff as needed to maintain our personalized customer service. 

  
In 2002 a new division of Casey Realty Corporation opened, Casey Condominium Management.   We currently manage over 30 associations.  We have 5 property managers, a full time accountant and a wonderful support staff.  Our portfolio is made up of diverse associations.  From 4 unit complexes to 600+ homeowner associations, brand new construction to established associations, the experience that we have gained is priceless.  Whether you are a small association or a large developer we strive to provide the personal contact which is often missing in this industry.  We have a solid business plan in place and work towards meeting the goals set before us.  We look forward to working with several new associations in the 2006 year.
