| Property Managers Casey Realty Property Managers- Pam Casey, BROKER & Owner of Casey Realty Corporation and Casey Condominium Management. Pam oversees Casey Realty Corporation and day to day operations of both companies. Pam has lived in Sarasota for 26 years and is familiar with Sarasota and all surrounding areas including all of the Keys. She has been a Multi-Million Dollar producer for 20 consecutive years and is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Pam is also a receipient of several awards and certificates of recognition. Bridget Spence, CAM and Broker-Associate, currently oversees all on site offices as well as being the Operations Manager. Bridget works closely with any new property that comes into our portfolio to ensure a smooth transition. We have a great support staff which allows Bridget to be out of the office much of the time. However, customer service will always be the number one priority. The personal touch is what this company was founded on and we will make every effort to make sure that this happens. Julia Nowak-Realtor/CAM. Julia is the newest member to our team working as Casey Realty Corporation's leasing agent. She oversees all listings, leases and showings as well as obtaining new properties. Her many years of experience will be beneficial to both annual and seasonal rentals. She originates from New York but has been residing in Sarasota County for over 15 years. Casey Condominium Management- Scott Diamond, licensed CAM, is a huge asset for Casey Condominium Management to handle our Landings Portfolio. Scott's background in golf course management made for a smooth transition into the Property Management field. Scott will also be handling the new associations located at Phillippi Landings. By keeping Scott's properties all in one territory he is able to provide personalized service to his associations. Kim Bittar, licensed CAM, is located at the Lakewood Ranch office and the Main Office. Kim handles properties in the East County area as well as the Bradenton area. She provides excellent customer service to her associations. Kim's background of working for Lakewood Ranch Master Communities has been a benefit for all of us as we learn more about this area. Melissa Johnson, licensed CAM, joined Casey Condominium Management to handle our Downtown Portfolio. Melissa works out of our Central Park II office. Melissa came to us from an on-site assistant managers position and is enjoying the transition to portfolio manager. Trish Wicker, licensed CAM, manages two associations and assists in the management of several associations. |
