Pamala is one of the Co- Owners of Casey Realty Corporation in Sarasota, Florida and is responsible for overseeing all offices and operations of the business.

Career Highlights

Pam’s career in property management started in 1985 working for Strathmore’s Realty division where she held the title of a Broker. Pam quickly gained trust of owner’s and built a portfolio of her own.

In 1993 the Pavers who owned Strathmore Realty decided to retire and offered to sell the property management division to Pam. Pam quickly decided this was an opportunity she could not pass up, being able to build and grow her own business was a dream come true. Today Casey Realty Corporation holds over 300 residential rental homes, 75 of those are Seasonal and 225 annual rentals. Casey Realty has grown beyond her dreams with full time accounting staff, a team of property managers and assistants.

Casey Realty Corporation still holds on the same values as they did when they first started. Respect each and every individual and give the best service to everyone you can.

Bridget is one of the Co- Owners of Casey Realty Corporation in Sarasota, Florida and is responsible for overseeing all offices and operations of the business.

Career Highlights

Bridget’s career in management started in 1988 where she was an Assistant Manager for one of Stride Rites largest stores in the Southwest Region of Phoenix, Arizona. Bridget was then promoted as a floating manager in 1990 for six different stores in Arizona. In 1991 Bridget had become Regional Manager for the Southwest Arizona territory.

In 1993 Bridget moved back to Southwest Florida to be closer to family, where she was invited to join Casey Realty Corporation not only for her sales background but also the corporate training she underwent while working at Stride Rite. She began working as a residential property manager and built a portfolio of 250 residential units that she managed for various owners throughout Sarasota and Bradenton area. 75 of those units were seasonal units. Many of the clients still have Casey Realty handling their assets till this day.

Today Bridget Co-Owns Casey Realty Corporation and still maintains the same drive and professional manner that she had the day she started, with overseeing daily operations of the Casey Realty’s three offices and with a portfolio of over 300 properties.
